This is the perfect time for you to discover how to properly cut up a whole chicken. Purchasing a whole bird is the most economic way to purchase chicken. Here you will be supplied with at least a 4 pound pasture raised broiler to work with and take home to serve to your family or friends. We will go over several different options from taking the bird apart with basic cuts as well as a few more advanced options. Please bring a few large zip lock baggies, suitable knife, cutting board and a few hand towels to use.
